Anastasia Alenina is an Associate in the Labour and Employment Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Anastasia specializes in advising Russian and foreign clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including the structuring of labour relations and employee hiring, individual and collective dismissals, staff optimization and internal reorganizations.

Anastasia has significant experience in conducting legal due diligence, including within the context of corporate transactions. She also provides legal support in internal investigations, employee disciplinary matters, and the development of compliance systems.

Anastasia assists in drafting and amending local regulations of Russian companies, as well as implementing and localizing global policies. She provides support in developing salary indexation mechanisms and systems for the protection of commercial secrets in organizations.

Anastasia's expertise includes labour law issues in cases related to company liquidation, mergers and acquisitions. She is also experienced in structuring of compensation and incentive schemes, including for senior executives.

Anastasia joined ALRUD in 2022.

She graduated with honors from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy, specializing in private international law, and obtained a master’s degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Arbitration from the Higher School of Economics.

Anastasia is a certified translator and fluent in English.
