Daria Bolbina is an Associate in the Commercial Practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Daria participates in advising Russian and foreign Clients on various issues of commercial law, including contractual work (supply, service, agency, and distribution agreements), general provisions of Russian civil law, and international matters.

Daria's experience includes participation in projects on a wide range of issues, including currency control, distribution of goods and retail, and turnover of certain types of goods (jewelry, etc.). In addition, Daria advises clients on import and export of goods and services, as well as issues related to consumer protection and pharmaceutical legislation. Daria is actively involved in projects related to EAEU legislation, inter alia, customs law issues, anti-dumping investigations, and trade restrictions.

Daria graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence and continues her Master's degree at the Russian School of Private Law.
