Dmitry Eberents is a Senior Associate of the Dispute Resolution, Restructuring and Insolvency at ALRUD Law Firm.

Dmitry has a considerable experience in representing clients in State courts of all instances, on a wide range of different complex disputes: commercial, customs, corporate, land and property disputes, as well as disputes over the recovery of contractual and tort damages and disputes connected with enforcement proceedings. Dmitry also has experience in representing clients before various international arbitration institutions.

Dmitry has also participated in numerous complex bankruptcy cases, including representing interests of clients to secure inclusions of claims in the register of creditors, disputing transactions, bringing the controlling persons to subsidiary liability and prevention of controlled bankruptcy.

Dmitry specializes in the resolution of disputes in the field of intellectual property, the recognition of information as prohibited, as well as the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.

Dmitry is also experienced in supporting complex projects involving interaction with government agencies, assisting in criminal cases and concluding settlement agreements.

Dmitry joined ALRUD in 2017. Dmitry graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law and successfully received a Master's Degree in Private Law.

Dmitry is a member of the International Bar Association (the IBA).
