Mikhail Aloian is an Associate of Corporate and M&A practice.

Mikhail has experience in M&A transactions, establishing joint ventures, advising on corporate governance and restructuring, conducting comprehensive legal due diligence in course of M&A transactions.

Mikhail graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University and successfully completed the master’s degree in Civil and Administrative Procedure at Lomonosov Moscow State University's Faculty of Law.
