Nikita Presnikov is an Associate in the ALRUD Tax Practice.

Nikita advises Russian and foreign clients, individuals and legal entities on tax law and legislation concerning currency regulation and control.

Nikita represents clients’ interests in disputes with the tax authorities on taxation and currency control issues, including the preparation of objections to tax audits and written explanations at the request of the tax authorities.

His consulting experience also includes taxation issues in M&A transactions, the re-domiciliation of foreign companies to special administrative regions of the Russian Federation and compliance with Russian countersanction restrictions.

Nikita prepares reports for private clients for tax and currency control, as well as per rules about controlled foreign companies.

Nikita joined ALRUD in 2022. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

Nikita is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
