Tikhon specializes in various procedures of legal entities registration and is highly experienced in supporting Russian and foreign clients on different issues in specified areas, inter alia: redomiciliation to special administrative regions of Russia, creation and liquidation of business on the territory of the RF, opening and closing of branches and representative offices of foreign companies, companies restructuring and reorganization, transactions with shares of limited liability companies as well as general corporate governance issues.

Tikhon graduated from the Kazan Federal University, he is fluent in English.
