Viktoria is an Associate in the Corporate / M&A practice at ALRUD Law Firm.

Viktoria specializes in supporting M&A transactions, establishing joint-ventures, supporting corporate procedures and restructurings, and also advising on the corporate management issues.

Viktoria graduated with honors Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Postgraduate degree in Law from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, is engaged in scientific activities, and is a coach and organizer of various Russian student moot courts.
